Victoria has overall responsibility for the United Reformed Church House as the Offices of General Assembly, in terms of culture and operations, with responsibility to direct and oversee the strategic and effective operational functioning of the Administration & Resources Department. The Chief Operating Officer is a leadership role which contributes to the development of long-term goals and strategies, as determined by the Councils of the Church and ensure their execution through the work of the Administration & Resources team.

Jacqueline provides confidential personal assistance and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Finance Officer, coordinates committee meetings, manages minute-taking and paperwork; and works collaboratively within the PA team.

Mary Fallah

Compliance and Services
Mary leads the Compliance and Services team to support the COO in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across the Offices of General Assembly, provides compliance advice to synods and churches, and supports the management of central property manses. Mary also has oversight of the resources hub.

Dana Cherneva

Dana works for both the 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ× and the Methodist Church and is responsible for overseeing all building operations at Offices of General Assembly and Methodist Church House to ensure facilities are secure, functional, and compliant.

The Church House receptionist provides a welcoming, efficient reception and switchboard service as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors, coordinating daily activities and maintaining effective communication within the Offices of General Assembly.

John is the most senior finance official of the United Reformed Church and its Trust, responsible for managing all its financial affairs. John advises on strategic financial planning while ensuring a fully compliant and efficient finance function.

Beatrice Ochogo

Beatrice supports the Chief Finance Officer in delivering full accounting services for charities managed by the Office of General Assembly, including preparing year-end financial statements in line with SORP, and deputises for the CFO when required.

Vasuki Sivakumar

Finance
Vasuki is responsible for producing management and balance sheet accounts, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring timely handling of key financial claims, returns, and submission. Vasuki also oversees the process of paying invoices, ensuring our financial liabilities are met in a timely fashion.

Yvonne Sired

Yvonne ensures the effective running of the direct debit system for collecting contributions to the central 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ× funds from approximately 1,400 local churches and ensures proper recording of receipts and payments.

Maxine Parker

Maxine takes a lead, alongside the Chief Operating Officer in developing the culture of the Offices of General Assembly and provides strategic leadership in relation to HR, and associated lay remuneration as well as other benefits for employees and office holders.

Mary Steele

Mary ensures an efficient payroll function for all employed lay staff in the Offices of General Assembly, all 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Ministers, and for some Synods, and Westminster College.

Deepti provides a comprehensive support service within the People & Benefit Team including recruitment, policy and HR support for line managers within the Office of General Assembly.

Paul oversees the effective administration of 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ× pension provision and is working with the 91º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Ministers’ Pension Fund board and advisors to move towards buy-out of the Ministers’ Pension Fund.
